But the wisdom from above is first of all pure, then peaceable, gentle, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, without inconstancy or insincerity.  (James 3:17)

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives to all men generously and without reproaching, and it will be given him.
(James 1:5)

While the best place to learn about Wisdom is to read the Book of Wisdom in the Old Testament, the new Testament does mention this virtue in a number of books (in 49 verses).  Think about this: how different would our world be if more people had purity, peace in their hearts, gentleness, sincerity and hearts full of mercy? Then think about the next question: how different would you be if you had more wisdom?
